If you Have Pets or Young Kids, you Need This Shelf!
This 8.5” metal corner shelf is good-looking and sturdy. It comes with black screws and also four anchors just incase you’re going to install it into drywall (not studs). In my home, the two holes closest to the corner went into studs. The outer ones didn’t because my studs are 16” apart. So, I only needed to use two anchors. The installation took like five minutes, it was super easy.If you have young children or pets, you NEED these! They allow you to keep things out of reach that you wouldn’t want your pet or kid to get into.For example: lit candles, lighters, matches, medicine, candy, a plant or flowers (especially if your cat loves to eat plants), and anything delicate or easily breakable.Currently I’m using this shelf in my bedroom for a house plant, and the top smaller shelf for a candle. If I get a bouquet of flowers, I move the candle and put the flowers up there instead, because yep, otherwise, my cat will eat them. My cat has even devoured plastic fake grass decor that was on a tall bookshelf that he managed to climb like a ladder. That was a fun vet visit (not!). Simple and effective
Ostensibly, this is just a stamped piece of metal with two ends bent. While the part maintains good accuracy, most houses don't have perfectly right walls, so some flex may be necessary to install this. there is a small gap at the back, great for accommodating cords, but also to generally give the plate the best chance of mounting to the wall. Perfect for small accents or in my case, a camera.

A perfect display shelf
Recently, I picked up this corner shelf to use in my toy room, and I’ve gotta tell you right off the bat that I’m incredibly happy with the size and versatility. I was a little bit worried at first that it was going to be smaller and I wouldn’t be able to put anything substantial on it, but with the 8 1/2 inch diameter I’m able to put a fairly big display on top of it.It offers a wonderful amount of steadiness and comes with everything you need for ease of installation. Nice corner shelf to keep fragile items safe from my cat
This 8.5 inch metal corner shelf is good quality, sturdy, easy to install with very good instructions, pretty lightweight, and looks great. I’ve got mine in a corner that my cat can’t reach as there’s no tall furniture nearby. On it I’ve got a couple of my more fragile items that I don’t want her trying to play with. It’s great to have somewhere to display the little fragile knickknacks without having to worry they’ll get destroyed. I highly recommend this to people with a cat, some small fragile items, and a corner far enough from furniture to keep the shelf safe from your cat. But I suppose other people may find it useful too.

Easy Accent decor shelving
These simple plain black metal corner shelves are such a good value with a tiny price tag for a big impact on my daughter’s bedroom. Decorating her walls is one of her favorite hobbies, and these shelves (we are using 3, from largest to smallest) display her favorite trinkets and sentimental figurines and and LED lamp, right in the corner of her bed. They look fantastic and couldn’t be easier to hang. They can be anchored as needed for strength depending on the wall, and also what is being placed on the shelf. I used metal anchors on one of them, which made the weight limit practically limitless for what she can fit on the small shelves. They are super lightweight and seemingly indestructible. Love that they can be used anywhere, for basically forever.
