100% recommend. Great quality.

These things are an incredible purchase. All the reviews say it smells like fish out of the box, which it for sure has an odor, but I would not in a million years say fish. It smells like vacuum sealed polyester, because that's what it is. I would for sure air dry for 24 hours, as that's what I did. They look sick and I have them everywhere. I have them hung overtop of a door and it doesn't have ANY trouble closing, I have them thumb tacked through the leaves to the ceiling, drooping and running along at different heights (even on and around my fan, I trust the thumb tacks enough to risk my fan, they aren't going anywhere), and around a tv cable. They are super easy to hang, and you can use many methods. I tried scotch tape but it wasn't very successful as Scotch tape kind of sucks, but you could hang these with a lot of different things. Thumb tacks work great for me. If you force them, a leaf CAN get ripped off the stem, but it doesn't do any harm outside of missing a leaf. It is barely noticeable, and it requires some force to get a leaf off. They are a nice dark color but not too dark, and super awesome. They weigh next to nothing.

So many vines! I still have two packages left but I LOVE how my salon came out with these! They look real! The smell is of plastic but it’s to be expected.. they are plastic bones. So that didn’t bother me, it was the biggest issue with the reviews. I actually sprayed lavender oil on them and now my salon smells like lavender so it’s not a big deal to me. I would order these again, I’d I ever needed them for another project. For now I must find something to do with the two extra bags I have!!

Large amount of ivy for the money

Like others who have said this, the fake ivy did indeed have an off-putting scent. Somewhat like rubber tire-smell/slightly skunkish. HOWEVER, I've encountered this many times with things from other countries...so I knew what to expect. I simply took the ivy vines, unpackaged them carefully, and placed on my porch for a day. The scent dissipated enough for me to work with. Let me tell you that I needed this ivy to cover very long, thick, and heavy-duty decorative light poles. I wasn't expecting them to be perfect. The only actual disappointing thing I came across was that the leaves themselves were quite small, about an inch and a quarter long, and an inch wide. They were made of a lightweight/medium-weight green fabric, with a printed pattern of sorts on mostly on one side. I think the fabric is polyester-based. The stems holding the leaves are all plastic, nice and bendy for my use. None of the leaves were missing from the large quantity of vines I received. Not a single missing leaf. They were glued on, not always centered, but I really didn't care about that because how I was using the vines no one would be "inspecting" them. I mean, they're fake vines, you know. The vines cames in 4 packages (lightweight clear bags) and were rolled up. I GENTLY unrolled the vines, so as not to break the stem or tear off the leaves. I had no problem unrolling them, I just took my time with the long strands, and only separated them one at a time as I was using them. I hot-glued the leaves to my light pole, and in some cases, let some of the vines fall downward. The effect was exactly what I needed. The light poles are about 20-25 feet high (about 7.5 meters). One package of 48 feet of ivy vines covered the pole quite nicely. I will order one more set of ivy to cover the second light pole. Overall, I was pleased with the purchase and except that the leaves are small, mostly this served the purpose. Great value for the money (about $25).

Perfect solution for privacy fence

I went through several iterations of other privacy fence before I found these and they do the trick. They provide excellent privacy and blend in nicely with my other natural greenery given the color. The mesh background helps with the privacy and they are pretty full of leaves. Very easy to install with compressed air, staple gun. Regular staple gun would not be strong enough to hold them up for long. Strongly suggest laying on a flat surface and laying heavy flat objects on them to flatten them out for a day or two before installing as they do come rolled up and are very stiff. I like the options of the various sizes as I used several on a run of fence and also hung a few on a cable for additional privacy. Would definitely purchase again if needed.
