Made a great centerpieces

These worked out so much better than I thought. The pearl color is simply gorgeous. We split the beads between 3 vases, and added one of those puck water lights to the bottom, and wrapped the base with ribbon to hide the light. It was beautiful looking at the beads in the soft glow of the lights, very romantic which was great since they were being used for a couple's dinner party with friends. You get a lot of beads at a good price, and they look great. Will be looking into getting those black/silver-looking ones soon!

Makes an elegant arrangement

I had never used water beads before and was impressed with the elegant appearance. After you hydrate the water beads, you layer them with the other beads (I ordered gold). Once you add the water, the hydrated beads disappear, leaving the gold beads looking suspended.The 70 piece set did not go too far, so I will order more next time.The beads are reusable. When you are done with your party, you can dehydrate the beads with a dehydrator or an oven on low.If you have children, you can put the beads in a bowl without water and let them play with them for an interesting sensory experience.

The water beads are so much fun to use, and so cool that once you hydrate them and layer them with you pearls and other objects and add the water they disappear leaving your objects to appear as if they are suspended.When the holidays are over, you can dehydrate your beads with a dehydrator or an oven on low.Very functional for different events!!
