Colorful Crayon Banner

Got these for our home schooling room. The rainbow crayon theme is exactly what I wanted for back to school decorating.Super easy to install, just slide them right onto the curtain rod. They move smoothly when I need to adjust light for our smartboard. Material is thin but definitely not see through and blocks enough glare.Came pretty wrinkled but a quick tumble in the dryer fixed that. Only issue is the C and O ended up being the same green color instead of different shades, but honestly that’s on me because the picture shows it exactly as it is.The polyester feels sturdy enough for daily use. Colors are still bright after weeks of sunlight. Seven panels gave me perfect coverage for our three windows with extras.My kids get excited pointing out the different colors and letters every morning. Really adds to the cheerful classroom vibe without costing a fortune. Being at home instead of school is sometimes hard on the kids so decorating the room like a real classroom helps.

Impressive Banner

This classroom decoration is adorable. It features seven parts in seven different, vibrant colors to spell WELCOME in red (W), orange (E), yellow (L), grass green (C), soft green (O), blue (M), and purple (E). The colors are similar to the classic colors of crayons. They are not pastel colors. The design also mimics crayons, and when assembled, the entire composition measures 11 feet wide and 3 feet long. This banner is not a small decor piece, but rather a composition that requires a lot of space. The fabric is polyester and reminds me of what a rain poncho might be made of. It does have a raw hem, but because of the type of fabric, you don't have to worry about loose threads. The top of each part is folded down, allowing you to pull it over a curtain rod or similar, if you prefer a solid, fluid piece of decoration. You can also hang the parts individually if you want to space them out or cover a larger surface. You could hang them on a (really) long, thick string and attach the string between each piece to the tile ceiling using a paperclip. I would give this item 4 stars because of how the flap was sewn on using white thread. It would have been nicer to use thread that matched the individual pieces, but that's not really a deal breaker, just a minor flaw.
