I originally ordered the candles and some of them were broken and these were sent as replacements. This was 2nd time the candles were broken upon receipt. Outer packaging was fine. Bubble wrap was intact, but glass broken. Totally not worth returning and trying again. Will not be ordering again.

Feels safe burning these candles

These candles are a great size, and I like the heaviness of the jars. They are a safer option than a candle sitting on a holder or plate. I purchased these because NC has been calling for ice and snow storms wirh possible power outages. These will give us more than just flashlights to use. They lit easy for the first lighting, however you will need a long stick match or utility lighter the further down the wick gets. I personally like that these are scent free and are supposed to have a long burn time.
