Looks good in my space and my grandchildren love the feel of it. I have not washed it so I cannot speak to that. I just ordered a second one so that I can interchange them when one needs washed, which is often with grandkids.
I like this rug though I wish it were a bit bigger and more importantly more plush. Now a word of warning. Rug is shipped in one of those all the air is removed from the plastic shipping packages so it arrives totally flat and much smaller than 2x3. When I cut open the package it slightly expanded enough that when I looked in the package I thought it was maybe a small animal that had been pressed into the plastic and I panicked slightly. As it turns out it was just the really long soft poly fibers on the rug coming to life. Luckily the manufacturer enclosed some instructions for those of us not used to expandable rugs and after following the instructions the rug started to fully spring to life. You are told it takes a couple days for the rug to fully expand and creases disappear, mine only took a day. I think the rug is VERY soft and very thick but I feel like I'd want more fibers per square inch to make it more plush. I haven't tried washing it yet so can't report on how it holds up to washing and I have it placed on a thin carpet so I can't report on how non-slip it is. I really just wanted a super soft rug next to the bed which this rug provides. I would say for the money, it seems like a decent value for the money, remember we're all paying a bit more for everything that's imported right now so I of course wish it were less expensive but.... Once it is laid out, the soft gray rug looks good and I hope it holds up for a while because it is really really soft. Side note: you might need to get two because 4 legged fur babies might be inclined to make it theirs.

Not as fluffy as I expected it to be… It feels kind of flimsy to be honest. It’s fine for a very small area, I mean it looks OK but it just doesn’t feel that great under foot. For the price, I feel like it should have been bigger and thicker. I’m sorry to say, but I feel like this rug should’ve been half the price.
