The package came folded in a box and I was a bit nervous but it easily upfolded and surprising really didn’t have any dents and that’s probably due to how fluffy and soft the texture of the rug is! I am also impressed and in love with print and color it looks so good and it’s easy to vacuum which is a plus
This throw rug is made from a surprisingly soft material. I say "surprisingly" because this type of rug doesn't generally get described with that word. It feels nice on your bare feet. The edges have a tight border sewn on to prevent fraying, with mine the stitching was even and very well done. On the back is a rubber-like material in a weave pattern that has good retention on both a hard floor surface or carpet (provided the knap isn't too thick on the carpet underneath).One thing to note is the seemingly perpetual ridges from how it was shipped. The carpet comes in a vacuum sealed plastic bag, not uncommon for a larger fabric-based product. There was an insert that came with it which stated the lines would work themselves out after a short time. I'm not finding that to be the case however; after 8 days of being on the floor - and walked on - the ridges are still rather evident. It doesn't necessarily bother me, but it's worth pointing out in case it would irritate you.At $60 it seems to be priced a bit on the high side, but that is my only complaint. I did deduct 1 star because of it though.

The grey checkered pattern is neutral and modern, and it blends in easily.The pile is soft, which makes it comfortable underfoot and, happily, does not seem to trigger our cats to constantly claw at it. Now, if we could keep them from barfing on it, it would be magic! The rug is definitely low profile, so doors clear it without a problem. The rubber backing helps it stay put.It feels like a practical, everyday rug rather than a long-term investment piece. The price is typically around $59.99. Right now it is $47.99 with a coupon, and the discounted price is pretty great for a washable, lightweight rug that looks good and holds up well so far.
