This 5x7 washable rug is an excellent value. It is hard to find another floor covering of this size at such a low cost. The plaid pattern is fun and sharp, and it looks good both up close and from across the room.The surface is very soft, which helps make up for the thinner profile. It does not provide much padding, but the rug does include a grippy backing that helps prevent slipping on the floor.The colors are also accurate to the listing. The white has a creamy tone, and the blue is very similar to what is shown in the photos. It arrived tightly packaged and folded, but the creases came out without much effort after laying it flat.It vacuums easily, although I do have to be careful not to pull up the corners. Spot cleaning is simple, and the material does not seem to hold onto liquid. The size is also perfect for washing in a standard washing machine, which makes it very convenient to maintain.

Plaid area rug

This is a nice quality area rug. It comes in a vacuum sealed bag, but it quickly opens and expands. I like that it doesn’t easily move since the bottom has a rubber-like feel to it. I took a star off because the plaid doesn’t look great in my patio. I wanted to add a special touch to my seating area, but I don’t think this works. In my opinion, this would be better suited for a man’s office or man cave. The rug is well made and soft to walk on. I just wish the plaid was a little more detailed and pronounced. Overall it’s nice, but not quite matching my decor.
