Comes in an airtight bag.Has creases after unfolding, but they disappear over time.Very soft; feels like a thin microfiber blanket. (Initially, walking on it felt strange. So soft you'll want to wear it

When I unwrapped this rug from its packaging I was not prepared for its softness! WOW. Just wow! It is delightfully soft to the touch (and on your bare feet!) and it isn’t just human approved. My dog LOVES this rug. She wouldn’t come into this particular room because it’s bare floors and she prefers carpet or rugs. Once I laid this down, she was instantly in love with it. She rolled on it, snuggled it, and then settled in for a good, long nap. If I’m just out in the laundry room, she will lay on this rug instead of the carpet just outside the room. And I can’t blame her! Who knew that a thin rug could be this comfortable?And if the dog’s approval doesn’t say a lot, when my husband walked in sans shoes he said “Ooooh!” as he stopped on the rug. Then he glided his feet over it several times before giving the thumbs up. My son? SAME. Everyone loves the feel of this rug.Despite it being so thin, it’s very well made. It’s light enough to toss in the wash (haven’t had to yet but with the dog….) and you can put it pretty much anywhere. The color is true and soothing and I think it looks great on my white-oak LPV floor. It will take a little while for the wrinkles from shipment to come out but I’m sure I could steam them out quicker. It’s so light you can toss it over a shower bar to steam it.For me, this rug is a winner! I am definitely going to look into more colors and designs for other areas of my house, especially under the kitchen table. This rug is so luxe I just want to walk barefoot all the time! So worth it!

Color not the same as pictured

We expected a lighter gray and shades of gray. This carpet is gray with cream and black. It arrived shrink wrapped into a small package so returning it would be difficult so I guess we'll keep it but it's not what we wanted. It's very soft and has rubber backing which is nice. If you want something that's just gray tones, I wouldn't recommend this carpet.
