I am extremely happy with this 6ft artificial olive tree. Right out of the box, it looked full and well made, and after a few minutes of fluffing the branches, it looked incredibly realistic. nice tree, needs a larger, heavier base

This is overall a nice looking artificial tree. It arrives in a few pieces and bent over in a small box. You need to put the pieces together as you would an artificial Christmas tree with one section seated into the next. The connections do leave small seams, but they are not very noticeable.Once your tree is together, you need to fluff it out and bend the branches in the direction you want them to go so that they fill look fuller and fill in gaps. This is fairly easy to do. The tree looks really nice once this is done. I have found that my tree will slowly bend itself back into its original position with the leaves closer to the trunk and the top bent over to one side. This is likely from spending a lot of time in a box and I am hoping that after fluffing it a few times it will eventually stay in position.The base of the tree is a very small container. It is not large enough to support the tree and it will fall over with even the slightest breeze. In order to prevent this, you need to put the tree in a larger container with some rocks or such in the bottom. The instructions do recommend doing this. Our tree fell over pretty quickly before we put it in a different pot.The tree also comes with some fake moss, which is great because the inside of the pot does not look very good without it. Mine was very chipped, but you can not see it once the moss is in place. There is enough moss that you can spread it out a bit to cover the larger pot once you 'repot' it and the moss looks really nice. I recommend making a hole in the moss (like a donut) and sliding it over the bottom trunk of the tree before you put the tree together. That way it looks more natural and it stays on without having an opening in the circle.

Good faux olive tree with some slightly weird branch bits.

This olive tree is pretty nice. Leaves and olives look well-made and realistic, and it definitely adds some greenery to the room without needing to water yet another plant. It’s not as full as a real olive tree, but let’s be real - faux plants rarely are.One thing that bugs me a little is the branches—they go from fat to skinny really abruptly instead of tapering naturally. Kinda looks like someone hacked off a branch and a twig decided to sprout in the middle. Not a big deal at first glance, but if you stare too long, you’ll notice. The tree isn’t dense enough to hide those transitions on its own, but once I wrap it in fairy lights, it will be just fine. That is my answer to everything, anymore. Paint and/or fairy lights can fix anything.The base is rather small and unattractive, but that was expected. Luckily, I was able to place it directly into a fancy pot I already had. I used the mossy bits to cover the top and it was perfect!Overall, it’s a low-maintenance, decent-looking fake tree that adds some life to the space. Definitely worth it if you want greenery without the guilt of killing plants.

Cute and easy to put together

I think the biggest thing for me is how realistic these kind of trees look… and this one checks all the boxes for me. From the leaves to the olives, it’s hard to tell from far away if it’s real or not.! obviously when you get super close, you can see some of the noticeable parts that don’t match up perfectly ( like one the of the lower branches).I absolutely recommend this tree, especially for the price

Nice! Not as full as the description but still a good accent piece

This olive tree is not as full as the description shows, but it is close. The olives look pretty realistic s do the leaves, but the trunk is a tiny bit suspect. It comes in a few pieces that have sticker arrows to line up, so you can see the separation between each piece but only close up. In my pic, you can't see that at all and it's from about a 6 ft distance.The base is not that stable but it literally says you should put it in your own pot, so that is not an issue for me.It is easy to assemble because again, it is only 3 pieces and requires some fluffing to make it look better. The branches tend to want to bend back to their packaging shape but that's probably because it was sitting in a box fo so long.The height is perfect for a decor piece but lastly, you definitely want to get your own pot or something more substantial to make it more stable.For the price, it's a steal. I would pay twice as much at a local box store for the same item. Great value!
