Cute but a little pricey

This serves the purpose I selected it for. I am using it in my bathroom to showcase a leftover piece of wallpaper/contact paper I also received as an Amazon Vine item that was too cute not to utilize every bit. The glass had a slight ding in it when I unpacked it but it's not noticable when hanging. It seems to be very well made and heavy enough that it wouldn't be easily knocked over.I wish the insert with the bird didn't have writing on it because the art was really cute and I'd have been tempted to just hang it up as-is., and I think it would better justify the price if it were a functional frame with included artwork. On its own I don't think I'd have paid over $20 for it.The frame is accurately represented in the photos however and it looks great with the colors in my bathroom. Overall I'm satisfied with this selection

Mid-Century Modern+

Let me quickly say that I love the frame. Let me follow that up with the observation that MDF (medium density fiberboard) is not “solid” wood, rather its tiny wood pieces mixed with wax and resin and then pressed into panels using high temps and pressures. I don’t think it’s an attempt to mislead; I think the copy folks were trying to get across that it is a well-made, substantial frame. The finishing is where I think this frame excels, and the colors and simulated grain are very attractive.Note that the first frame had a manufacturing flaw – there was a very small nail like protrusion out of the front that caused the paint to flake off. I reported it as damaged and received a new one a day later.

Pretty, solid wood frame

This picture frame is nearly as pretty as the photo I have inside it. I love the teal color with the gold details and slight distressing in the paint. The wood feels sturdy, strong, and crafted to last. My one complaint is that the particular frame I received has a decently large gap in one corner where the vertical and horizontal pieces meet. I can't tell if the two pieces don't quite fit together or if they separated before the glue could dry completely. It's not the end of the world and I still have it displayed on a floating shelf in my living room but I do notice it every once in a while. If it keeps bothering me as time goes on I'll just fill the crack with putty and find a similar paint color to cover it.

That Orange Bang Is Working For Me!!

This is one of the cutest frames I've come across. I love the beige color with a pop of bright orange. It's simply a gorgeous little frame for 5" x 7" photos. There's a blackboard on back with only 1 swivel type pin to hold the backboard in place. I kind of prefer at least a pin on top & bottom. There's also a triangle hinge for vertical or horizontal wall placement and a stand for sitting on desk or bureau. I also love the real glass cover.Even though I love this little frame, I must say it's a bit pricey for the orange bang in my opinion. But, it will absolutely work for me, and I'm still rating with 5 stars!
