Defective / one end is made skinnier than other end

The rug was a major disappointment. It has a defect to where the rug doesn’t lie on the floor completely flat. However it was made somehow didn’t make it even or properly.. The rug shrinks up and is skinnier on what end of the rug than the other end. Very unfortunate. If it wasn’t defective as mentioned then it would be a great rug. Unfortunately not great at all in my experience.
