While my wife loves this set of statues, she was disappointed when the order arrived with black statues. The black set turns out to be reasonably neutral and ornate.The statues come individually wrapped, separated into two pieces that you have to snap together. Written directions are also included. It took my wife less than five minutes to put all four together. These statues are identical to the ones in the product description. They are incredibly lightweight, making them kid- and pet-friendly. If knocked off a mantle, table, or shelf, they will easily survive the fall.The simplistic design looks nice in our living room. My wife and I are frustrated with receiving a color we did not order. Hence, I took off one star. The price is slightly high for these statues, but they are fairly large and make a cohesive set when decorating. You can display all four together or scatter them throughout your home. Overall, these make for an affordable way to help decorate your home.

At some places there are visible joints where parts fit together but they are not noticeable from a distance. These figures can be placed together or individually.
