Beautiful after fluffing

These artificial delphinium stems come crammed into a box so tight I could not pull them out and had to rip the box apart to get them out. Once out of the box, I noticed the flocked stems were shedding flakes of flocking (see photo), but after I bent them straight, and l fluffed out the flower heads a bit overall they started looking better. I trimmed the stems down to the desired length and added them to a tall vase with some other flowers I had, doing that you don't really notice the shedding flocked stems, and the arrangement looks very pretty.These are long stems, total length is about 33 inches, and the stems do have indented areas to make it easier to cut, but you'll need a good pair of wire cutters if you want to trim the length. As time goes by, the flowers are relaxing and don't look as crushed as when they first arrive.Although my first impression was not as good, these artificial flower stems have relaxed and "blossomed' into real beauties, and I'm pleased with them.

Cute, passable from a distance, just not GREAT.

To begin, the packaging is terrible. They CRAM these long flowers and bunch them up to the point the stems' finish is cracking when you take them out. The wire is easily bent back into shape which is a plus. The flowers and the leaves do not have wire to fluff the out unfortunately. The colors are beautiful and accurate, the buds at the top have this delicate frosted effect from the finish which is nice. The leaves are a bit lacking- the material is thin and easily creased and difficult to make straight, and the quality of the leaves is so poor that it gives away the illusion of a real flower. If paired with additional arrangement s this is totally a passable product, but on its own its slightly lacking. The texture of the flowers, the leaves, and the stem is rough and not at all convincing. I think the value of the product does not constitute the price, especially to only receive 4 stems--- however they ARE large so they could make a good focal point... I just wish the quality was better to make it worthy of a focal point in an arrangement.
