As part of the Vine program, it is my job to provide honest feedback on the product provided after I use it enough to establish an opinion. For those who might not know much about Vine, it is important for me to relay that there is no incentive for us to provide anything other than honest feedback. I strive for complete transparency in my reviews. Now to this product...I plan several events a year for a university I work for, and it does not matter the event - it is always a good idea for a red carpet. I was looking for one that fit the following requirements: 1) Long (I bought one accidentally that was only 3 ft and that did nothing); 2) non-slip backing; 3) reusable, even with lots of people walking on it. I can confirm it confidently fits the first two, but jury is still out of durability. I have only been able to use it for one event so far, and it worked great. I did notice a stain on it after the party and it was pretty easy to get off, which is a bonus. The color is certainly red, but it was more of a burnt red than I wanted. That is not something anyone else would notice though. The price tag is on par with others on the market, and a good value if this can be used over and over again. It is a soft and feels like felt, but a bit heavier duty. I loved that it came with a carrying/storing bag as well. My one-star deduction is due to my hesitation that this will truly be a durable product. I noticed some pilling on the fabric after the first use that could indicate that it might not last long. For anyone looking for a one time use carpet, I can recommend 100%. Stay tuned because I will update this review after I use it for the next party and another 100 pairs of feet walk on it.
