Cute rug. Thinner than expected but doesn't detract from the quality.

This rug caused a great debate among my family. All of the guys hated the design and thought it was "ugly" and all of the women loved it! I just thought that was interesting. It was a full split! 4 and 4.The lines were less defined from far away but pretty defined close up. You can't really tell when it's laying down on the floor that it has a lot of lines in the design. I love the color (the green). It's a pretty green. The white is an off-white which will help with keeping it clean. I love the checked design. I don't know how I feel about the lines in it, but I didn't hate it.The rug itself is pretty thin. I don't mind it, but it's not thick like you'd expect for a rug this size. It IS washable thickness though. I'd say it is the thickness of a good bathroom rug instead of an area rug. It is good quality material though. I'd expect it to last for some time. The thickness doesn't really take away from the quality. It is really soft. It looks like it'd be scratchier than it is. I was surprised how soft it was. It's not a pile rug. Pretty flat.It wasn't terribly wrinkled when I took it out and it flatted fairly quick. It's hard to vacuum because of how thin it is but light enough that you could shake it out instead.

Vintage style on a budget

This rug is really attractive, I love the shade of green and the overall design. There is a little detail in the checkers that you can't see in the pictures. It adds to the look in my opinion.The thickness of the rug is about what I expected for the price though I have found deals on thicker ones of the same size for less in the past. The nice thing about this size is that it covers a decent area but is still small enough to fit in the average washer. I have washed the rug without issue. I would recommend line drying though.There is little slip resistance, added pads are needed if in a high traffic area. I do have one in another color that is walked on often and while it moves around a bit, it has held up well. Fairly durable.Overall, I think this rug is a decent buy for the price.

perfect for what I needed

This 3x5' rug is exactly what I needed. I have hardwood floors in my home office, so I was afraid that my dogs would scratch up the floor where they like to lay. This is the perfect solution. 3x5 means that it isn't taking up the entire floor, but it's also machine washable. That means that any messes can be washed out and I don't have to pull out my carpet shampooer. It had a somewhat non-slip backing but it still moves easily. Also, to keep this rug machine washable, it isn't very thick. It also means that I'm not tripping over two large dog beds, but instead walking over a nice carpet.

Soft, Stylish, and Worth Every Penny!

This rug turned out to be such a great find! When it first arrived folded, the creases looked pretty bad. I followed the instructions and let it sit for a couple of days, but it still had some deep folds. So, I popped it in the dryer on medium heat with a damp towel for a few minutes and *boom!* PERFECT! It now lays beautifully flat and feels so soft underfoot. While it’s not a thick rug, it’s wonderfully comfortable and adds a cozy touch to my space. The 5x7 size fits perfectly, and for the price, it’s absolutely worth it! There was very little, if any, odor when I first opened it, and I’m really impressed with the quality.
