I haven’t turned this on just yet as I only open ed the packaging to check the item condition and quality. But so far, wow! The item is packaged so well in a protective cardboard white sleeve, and then inside Styrofoam and placed in a beautiful white box that has some design on the box. Already packaged very nicely and ready to gift if desired! It’s not just a simple plain white box. I provided pics. The “crystal ball” is heavy for what it is, it doesn’t seem cheap, and seems to be of very good quality and real glass.The base is plastic and light weight.The is no remote, and many different settings that I feel like I need to for sure keep the manual for others to know how to change the settings if come across it or my kids forget how. I’ll fold it up and attach it to the back of the base. But the directions for what the buttons do is fairly easy to remember and figure out- 8 different settings for colors, the first one being for slow color cycle of the colors red, green, blue, warm white, and cool white, and later fixed, cool white fixed, warm white fixed, and fixed red, green, or blue, and the eighth press count to turn it all off. If you like the color you have it set on then do a long press of two seconds if you want the slow 360°rotation of the ball to stop but to keep the color on.I sort of got a feeling of, “Wow…this is so magical looking!” when I saw it. HahaIt’s not very big but not too small either. I think it’s a good size for a night light, about 4” from one end to the other, and nice as decor. I’m thinking of purchasing one for my daughter, as I chose the dragon design for my son through the Amazon Vine program.And again, I really appreciate that the item is packaged in a nice box! It makes the presentation so much better for gifting and saves you the hassle of trying to figure out what you could put it in. It also comes with a small cleaning cloth too!

Intricate and beautiful design, nice nightlight
I love the intricate details of the laser cut dragon, it's way more detailed than some other crystal balls I've purchased. When it's on the lighted base you can really see how magical the dragon looks. It's very sturdy and heavy, it was so heavy I thought it wouldn't turn on the base, but it does.The rotating base light could maybe be a little sturdier I think. It's bright and rotates but it sometimes makes a little squeaking noise when turning. It's actually gotten quieter with more use. Overall, the noise doesn't bother me, it's slight. And it doesn't require batteries and works great as an ambient night light. It's a really good size for my night stand, it fits nicely it the corner.I feel like for the price the stand could have been a little smoother with the rotation but all the different color combo's makes up for it. Mostly.

Really nice rotating glass ball decoration that is nicely packaged!
The rotating glass dragon ball arrived quickly and well packaged…very well packaged. It is in a very nice gift box and secured inside with well fit foam. A+ on the box. Things did not disappoint upon opening. The ball is the 3 inches stated (the picture makes it look smaller). It is a nice heavy glass that did not have scratches or bubbles. The dragon “picture” inside is very well done and is very detailed. It takes up most of the sphere, so they did a nice job of sizing the image. It is quite beautiful and intriguing. Just a note, my video shows a glare circle at the top of the ball which is NOT actually there. This is just from the camera and is NOT present when viewing it normally.The nice sphere makes the stand feel cheaper and a bit plasticky. It’s the same as most of these type LED light bases that shine through the crystals, but the heavy 3 inch ball just feels a little awkward on it. That being said, it holds it fine and doesn’t look bad. When on, the stand rotates the ball continuously. Because of this, the ball does not sit flush in the stand as the friction would cause problems in the rotation. Again, just feels a little off, but looks just fine and I am not sure what else they could have done for it. It rotates smoothly and only in the horizontal direction, so the dragon stays in the upright position, as intended. The light sequences are turned on via a small pushbutton and consists of a fast rotation through the 10 light colors and a slower speed rotation through all of the light colors. After that there are the 10 constant color modes. There is a cool white and a warm white for two of the colors.The only real negative I will say is that it only comes with a USB connector and does NOT come with a USB to wall outlet connector. If you are powering it via computer or have a USB port in your wall plug, no problem, but otherwise you will need to obtain a USB to wall outlet converter. Not including the converter is typical for these type things, but always a little annoying.Overall, this is a very nice decoration and seems well worth the price. It’s packaged ready to gift, if that is your plan. Just a very nice rotating, LED dragon glass ball with quite a beautiful image!
