Beautiful gifts and great service
We got two of these, one of each child, as a gift. Was really impressed with how nice they looked. The images were very clear and there was a lot of "wow factor" on the receiving end for the crystal hearts. We purchased them with the spinning lit base and it really made the images pop out.Pros:- Clarity of the image, and the crystal, is great, and both images that I did came out perfectly identifiable as the intended image.- The rotating light base really shows off the shape within the crystals and gives them a real pop. Also causes a neat aurora borealis-like image on your ceiling!- The optional keychain additions come with a button that can be pressed to light them up (which also rotates through colors) to allow them to have the same pop as the larger products.- Spinning base can be set to off, static on, or rotating on, to set them how you need/want them at any point.- Each one, including the keychains, comes in a pretty decorative box, perfect for gifting.- Customer service is very on point. Extremely responsive, and very willing to work with us on any issues that might crop up. I went back and forth through several messages as they answered questions, and helped with issues (like the ideas for the sliding off the edge issue mentioned below). They were very courteous, patient, and helpful the entire time. (Which is a disturbing rarity, these days)Cons:- The material and base are so smooth that the rotation eventually caused them to slide off. This was easily resolved by placing 4 transparent 2mm rubber feet (found at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06VTTGBBV?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) on the bottom, in the corners of the base of the heart. This resolved the issue, 100%, and caused no detraction of the visible light or image, at all.- The material takes fingerprints very well, but this is offset by a microfiber cleaning cloth, provided with each product.(I would leave a picture with this review, but the images were personal, so I won't. But believe that they looked great)
