These lavender satchets smell INCREDIBLE. They have the same fragrance as the expensive organic french lavender buds I purchased from a different brand. But the bag of satchets does indicate it is from China. I don't know if the lavender is also grown in China or if it's packaged in China in their organza bags using bulk lavender imported from elsewhere but it is important for me to mention the potential for all of it to originate from China.The buds look great. They are small and not bright purple (no dye, thank goodness!) but are more of a muted sage and light grayish-lavender color, exactly like naturally dried lavender buds should be. Smell is truly incredible. They come vacuum sealed and I could STILL smell the lavender as soon as I opened the shipping box, even through the vacuum sealed bag. Quality appears to be fair for what it is. Even included a large ziplock bag that holds everything once the vacuum sealed bag is cut open, which I felt was a thoughtful addition to the product.I am using these to scent dresser drawers so I'm not consuming them and cannot comment on taste. (I wouldn't use them for anything culinary, that is what my other certified organic lavender is for.)36 pre-filled lavender bags ready to go instantly for less than fifty cents apiece? My wife likes the smell of lavender, but harvesting the fragrant bits from our plants outside is more trouble than it's worth. So these little sachets are a nice way to make our house smell nice. I just opened it up today and put a few around the house (bathrooms and main closet). I can smell a low level of lavender as I type this. It's not overpowering, but it is a decent level of scent. I mean, I could faintly smell the lavender even when they were still sealed up in their vacuum bag.The price is nice for the number of sachets you get. They come with a ziplock bag you can use to store them in so the scent doesn't overpower your storage closet (and so they last longer). People online say it's not a good idea to use sprays or plug-in devices to scent your home since they produce airborne particles you shouldn't be breathing. But hopefully these natural lavender packets are a safer way to keep our home smelling nice.
