Well made pot fillers

I ordered this set of two faux evergreen shrubs to display in the large ceramic pots on our front porch during winter when flowers are not suitable. This way, the pots look attractive, and I don’t have to store them away. The Easter decorations are an added bonus. Each faux shrub stands 12 inches tall from the bottom of the greenery to the tip and is approximately 18 inches wide. They fluff up easily, giving them a full appearance. The base fits snugly into the spike, and both the stem and spike are very sturdy. However, a few of the tips had become detached, but they were easy enough to reattach. In my opinion, the quality of these shrubs seems to be in line with their price. To a casual observer, they will look real enough. A gardener would be able to tell the difference at 10 feet. Considering they will only be displayed for about five months a year and will be in full shade, they should last quite a few seasons. For Christmas, I can string lights on each one to make the front porch festive. For Halloween, I can dress them up as ghosts, hearts for Valentine’s Day, and shamrocks for St. Patrick’s Day. I’m thoroughly pleased with these shrubs.* The photo with the Easter decorations is of a different tree. I simply wanted to show how the decorations look when displayed.

Topiary Cedar Ball

I bought this set of two bunny topiary shrubs to put on either side of my front porch steps.They arrived compressed in a box with the rabbit ears and small egg picks packaged separately. The main shrub is a rounded green shape with a flat base, and the foliage is plastic but fairly full once it’s fluffed out. I spent a few minutes bending the branches outward so it didn’t look squished from shipping. From the street they read as simple round shrubs, and up close the leaves are clearly artificial but evenly colored.I skipped the rabbit ears and egg pieces since I just wanted basic greenery. Without the seasonal decorations, they look like compact evergreen bushes that work year round. The ground spikes slide into the base and give them more stability in soil or in a planter.After a few weeks outside in sun and light rain, the color hasn’t faded and I haven’t noticed any shedding. I don’t have a use for the Easter pieces, but the shrubs themselves fit in nicely as low effort porch plants.
