Surprisingly Realistic and Totally Worth It

I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first. I’ve never had much luck keeping real ferns alive, so I decided to give this artificial one a try. When I first took it out of the box, I was honestly a little disappointed. Under bright lights, I thought, “This isn’t going to work.”But I’m so glad I gave it a chance.This plant does require a bit of patience. You’ll need to spend some time shaping and fluffing it to get the best look, but once you do, the details really shine. I love the natural-looking color variations, the subtle “aging” on the leaves, and the small curly tendrils that mimic unfurling fern fronds. The mix of leaf lengths adds to the realistic appearance as well.While it isn’t quite as full as the advertised photo, it’s still full enough to look great in my space. Yes, I could buy a real fern for about half the price—but the value here is the zero maintenance. No watering, no trimming, no worrying about sun exposure or forgetting to care for it. That peace of mind alone makes it worth it for me.I’ll be keeping an eye on it through the summer to see if there’s any fading, but for now (in the winter months), I’m very happy with it. Beautiful fern!

I ordered the 45 inch fern with 60 leaves. I was pleasantly surprised that this fern looks a lot like the product pictures in the listing. The leaves were carefully wrapped in bunches so that this fern was not crushed in any way. All I had to do to assemble this fern was to remove the plastic sleeves over the leaves and gently open them up in alternating directions from the bottom up. According to my mom, this type of fern should have the top, center leaves more upright. My mother told me that I bent those down a little too much. It still looks nice and I did correct it later. I think this fern looks great in a pedestal pot, and would also look great hanging. As you can see from my pictures from the side and top, and up close, it is well-made and medium in size. I have never had a faux fern before, but since I tend to kill the real ones, maybe this is a good alternative for me. I plan to keep it in a dappled shade. If this fern does not fade over the season, I will consider it a good value for the money.

SMells like plastic but looks good from the street

These fake ferns are large and could go in the ground or in a pot, but look better potted. You will need to fluff them out quite a bit. They are in some plastic, and the leaves need to be turned out and down. There is a very bad smell. I mean, it really smells like plastic. I would not put this inside my home for that very reason. This is outside and looks fine there. Up close, you can tell it is artificial,l but from the sidewalk and street, this looks real.

Looks realistic and is a good size

I ordered the 1-piece artificial plant. It appears that these are only sold as a 2-piece or 4-piece bundle now. I got this to decorate my back patio and add some color. This fern absolutely brightened up my patio and the artificial plant looks gorgeous.This artificial fern has very good color. The greens are not too bright and they fade for a realistic look. I like how they added a couple yellowish leaves to make it look more realistic. This was easy to use, meaning it was easy to shape the individual stems into place after removing it from the packaging. I took the time necessary to separate each stem and bend them into position so that the entire arrangement looks full and realistic. The stems/leaves don't have a natural feel to them, but I am okay with that.I really feel that this artificial fern plant is made of quality materials. It is very sturdy and durable when placing it in a pot. The listing says this is constructed with UV-resistant materials with color-fast technology that resists fading. I have not had this long enough to comment on that, but I will update this review if I experience any issues with durability or fading.Overall, I am very happy with this artificial fern. It is a good size, excellent quality, looks realistic, and a good value at the price point.

Not full enough to duplicate not even 1 realistic fern

Inaccurate web description and picture. They come will 2 separate artificial pants which they advertise has enough to adequate fill 2 pots once artificial pants in separate and fuff. Suupposivily making them the size of 2 full and separate real firms. I ordered them for 2 pots on the left and right of my outside entry way, but it’s not enough. You would need at least 3piece each for one pot, therefore a total of 3 separate orders consisting of 2 fern pieces per order for a total of 6 fern pieces. Making the pricearound $150 to get the fullness that is expected of 2 porch ferns.. I only included 2 stars because shipping was fast and the artificial leaves themselves were long and a variety of sizes and shade to mimic a natural and realistic looking fern, just not full enough. Making them useless. I’ll share a video/pic once I’ve adjust them properly in the pots,
