These artificial plants look surprisingly real once set up. The size is perfect, and the leaf texture blends in nicely both indoors and outdoors. They are nice and work well in my planters that are by the front door.
Even from a distance of several feet, it is impossible to tell that these are fake. The color changes of the leaves (with darker inner color and lighter color at the tip), as well as the realistic texture and leaf texture, all make them completely different from ordinary cheap artificial plants. They do not have the shiny, plastic-like appearance that is common to those cheap artificial plants. I just need to insert them into the soil as needed. Each plant only takes less than a minute. No digging, no watering, no waiting. The garden can be refreshed instantly.
Good color, right size, realistic look, and it will never dry out or die!
I’ll admit I was heavily influenced by all the home decor posts online to try these faux topiaries, but they just didn’t live up to the hype. They look nice from a distance, but up close they definitely look fake, and they don’t hold up well in the heat - the color fades and the branches start to droop. They’re definitely easier to maintain than real plants, which is a plus, but they’ll never look anywhere near as nice as the real thing. Okay for a quick decorative fix, but not a long-term outdoor solution.
