A little pricey, but they look pretty good from a distance

Some people have a green thumb, but I think mine is black! The soil here is terrible. It's a hard clay that just doesn't seem to be plant friendly. So I thought maybe some fake greenery might spruce things up in my yard.This set is a bit pricey, and includes 2 small faux topiary trees that measure about 15 inches tall, not counting the stem. They arrived a little squished, but a quick bit of fluffing and puffing helps them look pretty good. The leaves are green with a glossy finish, and while they do look obviously artificial up close, from a few feet away they pass as realistic enough to add a nice pop of greenery to my yard.The listing mentions both “42 bundles” and “20 stems,” which is a little confusing. Structurally, the branches are sturdy plastic that probably have a metal wire inside, and the trunk is wrapped in a printed material meant to look like bark. It’s not seamless, but from a distance it blends in well. Each piece includes a plastic stake so you can secure it in soil or a pot.They're probably meant to accentuate indoor pots, but I'm using them outdoors since they're advertised as UV and fade resistant. haven’t tested them outdoors long-term yet, but winter is coming here and they feel durable enough for outdoor use. Smaller then expected but great quality looks real

The quality is extremely well done and looks very real and nice especially from the curb. The color variation in the bush makes it look more real and vibrant. Putting them near the front door in planters you would never know they're fake until you're rught next to them maybe touching them.Incredibly easy to install, just push the two stem pieces together. I think the stem is fake looking so I put them in planters so that part doesn't show and I love how they look.Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the size. I understand while boxed they needed to be compressed but even fluffed up they are on the small size and aren't as large as I expected. However, for me I belive the quality makes up for that. For a set of 2 I believe them to be a good value for the price.

Smaller than expected

These boxwood trees came compressed. There was a smell to it but it wasn’t much. I fluffed out the branches and leaves with my hands only but there are included instructions to use heat also if you want to put the effort into making it bend in a detailed way.The trees were smaller than I expected. Per the advertisement, the bush (minus the stake) should be about 20” but it’s a little over 18”. I guess that missing inch plus mattered because the leafy part of the bush is small.The stakes were sturdy enough to pound into the ground with a hammer and the leaves look realistic from afar. I put the bushes around my gas meter for a little bit of concealment/curb appeal from the road.If this was a personal purchase, I would’ve returned them cause they are too small for the price.
