When you open these up, shake them outside because they will drop some ‘feathers’. It’s cold outside, so I just opened and shook the, outside, but if it’s a breezy day, put the, outside to fluff, or just leave the, out in the sun and they’ll relax and fall out more feathery. These are pretty long and a great value! Perfect for weddings or just home decor - they’re great quality and all natural!

Good...but shed worse than other dried grass products

I've had these 40" tall dried pampas grass by HUASHIYE for six months now, and they still continue to make a bit of a mess. And I have gotten many other pampas grass sets before, and I know how to "de-shed" them (e.g., take them outside and away from anyplace you don't want a lot of dried pieces, shake them vigorously, and even, if possible, use a hair dryer on them), and I was even more diligent with these because they are so tall and thick (and, for the record, look amazing). Unfortunately, the only place I could put these--because they're so big--is near some curtains, and I have to constantly clean the curtains of loose particles from the pampas grass, and it's a bit annoying.

High quality Pampas Grass Plumes!

This is a wonderful set of impressively large plumes of Pampas Grass! The stems are 40" inches tall and a soft delicate wheat cream color. These are super light and airy. They required some brief airing for about an hour to dispel a little initial odor from the package, but have no lingering smell at all. The plumes are full, fluffy and light with wispy feather strands about 6 - 8 inches long each ....silky, soft and beautiful. These seem fresh as they have a lot of bounce and the fronds flex naturally. I did not find these to shed much. I shook them outside and there was a little shed as I intentionally fluffed them to allow the natural fullness of the stems, but virtually no shed as I handled them indoors and gently rearranged them. I expected more 'snow fall'. With normal gentle handling, there was essentially no shed with mine. I consider them very high quality. The best I've seen.
