Cheap looking rings
I bought these curtain rings to update some window treatments, but I feel they didn't live up to the listing photos. While they look fine from across the room, the quality is disappointing once you actually have them in your hands. The metal feels thin and lightweight, giving the whole set a cheap feel that doesn't inspire much confidence.The color is the biggest drawback for me because the gold finish is far too bright and yellow. It looks more like a fake, garish coating rather than a sophisticated brass or gold leaf, which makes it hard to match with other hardware. Beyond the aesthetics, the clips themselves aren't well-made and feel flimsy. They work well enough for hanging a very light, airy curtain, but I wouldn't trust them to hold anything with real weight. I don't have much faith that these will last long before the clips give out or stop gripping properly.Overall, I feel like these are incredibly expensive for what they are because the materials feel low-grade and the color is too unnatural. This is a basic hardware choice that’s only suitable for lightweight curtains in a space where you don't care about a realistic metal finish.
