These shadow boxes make for great decor options when it comes to bedroom decorating. I put Minnie ears in these shadow boxes in my daughter’s room. These boxes show off every detail of the ears and they add a pop of color to the room.These boxes are cheaper than what you would find at Michael’s.

Finally got to use these shadow boxes to display some of my crystals and fossils, that I have found from hiking, and these worked perfectly for allowing me to create a multiple layered scene that displayed each crystal and fossil very nicely and aided 8n allowing me to arrange each piece in a way to give them an almost full 360 view of each piece, which made the arrangement in each frame stand out from other random setups I have on shelves. I think I will get a few more of these shadow boxes for some of my other crystals and minerals I have
Very difficult to attach rings for wire hangers. Frame splits easily even with very thin screw holes
I like it i used it to put my wedding bouquet with our wedding photo inside and the other one I put some of our wedding stuff and I love it.
These shadow boxes are such a great value compared to the ones you'd buy at your typical hobby store. They're well made, deep, and hold a lot. I like that they're 8.5 x 11 as opposed to 8 x 10, so even if you put an 8x10 photo in it, you'll have a bit of border around it and room for mementoes, as well.
First the good: The frame is well built and has a great finish.The bad and there is alot to hate here:For starters the "glass" is acrylic plastic and the frame is built around the acrylic. Meaning you cannot replace it with glass.This also means there will be quite a glare as is the nature of acrylic.Acrylic glass this might be good for a kids room it is a major bummer otherwise.The second is the opening is NOT 8.5x11. There is a 3/16 border around the inside of the frame. The backing is 8.5x11. But the inside opening is actually 8 3/16 x 10 11/16.I am handy and I might be able to make this work for my application but I may end up returning it.
