As a lifelong lover of real plants and trees, I’ve spent decades trying (and failing spectacularly) to incorporate nature’s beauty into my home. Sadly, I was born with a unique talent: no matter how carefully I follow instructions, I cannot keep a plant alive. Yes, I've even done the impossible and somehow managed to murder a cactus! In the scorching desert heat of Las Vegas, my plant-killing superpowers only seem to grow stronger. After years of watching my cherished (and expensive) greenery shrivel into compost material, I finally accepted my fate—real plants and I are never going to work out.Fast forward to now (almost 70, but not for two more weeks), and I’ve discovered the magic of artificial plants. Let me tell you, the faux greenery of today is nothing like the plastic ferns of yesteryear. When I got the chance to receive this HanJoy Artificial Camellia Tree through Amazon Vine, I crossed my fingers and hoped it would live up to my newfound artificial-plant expectations. I was definitely not disappointed!This tree is absolutely gorgeous. It arrived quickly, was perfectly packaged, and was so easy to assemble I didn’t even realize there weren’t any instructions until I was already done. The two trunks simply snap together (helpfully labeled A & B, complete with arrows), and all that’s left is a little fluffing and arranging of the branches. If a leaf happens to fall off while fluffing—no problem. Just stick it right back in. Even I can’t mess this up!The flowers are a vibrant, stunning red, the leaves are lush with visible veins, the branches are sturdy yet flexible, and the trunk has a wonderfully textured, realistic look. Honestly, unless you get nose-to-leaf close, this beauty is indistinguishable from the real deal. It even stands steady in its black, concrete-filled pot—important when you have four rescue dogs and energetic grandkids running around. Personally, I like dressing it up in a larger decorative container or a woven basket to make it look even more elegant.At about 4 feet tall, (though mine is even taller), it’s the perfect height to add a pop of greenery and color anywhere—indoors or out. Doorways, porches, patios, living rooms, bedrooms—you name it, this tree looks fabulous. And the best part? No watering, no pruning, no fertilizing, and—my favorite—no guilt. Just eternal perfection.For the quality, beauty, and versatility, the price is very reasonable. This would make a wonderful gift for anyone (my family and friends were instantly smitten). I adore mine and, although Amazon Vine only offers you one, I’ll be happily purchasing more to keep my new guilt-free “garden” thriving. Highly recommended!

Excellent value!

This is a very pretty, reasonably good quality, faux Camellia Tree. I ordered the white, 47.24" single tree option. Despite clearly having endured a rather difficult journey, it arrived without any damage and there were no loose limbs or leaves. It did have a fair number of smashed flowers, but those can be reshaped easily enough with a hair dryer and a little effort.The growth habit, leaf design, and flower shape are all true in appearance to an actual Camellia tree/bush. The primary "trunk" and branches are noticeably plastic in appearance, but are fine from a distance. The branches are all fully wired and easy to arrange; you can easily adjust the width of the tree to your preferred size and density. The listed height measurement is conservative. My Camellia measures in at almost exactly 50" tall from the base of the pot to the top of the uppermost bloom.I do want to mention that the flowers on my tree all exhibit a fair bit of fraying along the edges. (As can often be the case with slightly lesser quality faux florals.) A few of the leaves also have some odd blemishes, etc and are all a little on the thin side. These nitpicks do not diminish the overall beauty of this Camellia, but are indicative of its mid range quality. I want to be clear that this is still a beautiful, good quality plant, and at the current price point, ($59.99 plus an additional 20% off at the time of my review) offers exceptional value. Just be aware that it is not high end perfection.

Looks way more real than I expected!

This camellia tree looks so good in person!! I was honestly surprised by how realistic it looks because the flowers are vibrant and full and the leaves have a nice texture that doesn’t scream “fake.” The cement pot gives it a sturdy base and makes it feel more like a real plant. I put it near the front door and it instantly made the space feel more welcoming. It’s also great for indoors if you want a pop of color without the maintenance. The height is just right for a corner or entryway, and it doesn’t look sparse or cheap. I’ve had a few people ask if it’s real, which says a lot!! It’s a great option if you want something pretty and low-effort that still makes a statement.

This artificial camellia tree by HanJoy is gorgeous! From a distance it looks real! Up close it is more noticing that it is artificial, but it still looks good. I selected the red, and the color is vivid and absolutely stunning. I selected this to go on the side of my front door, and I will be purchasing another one for the other side, as well as two big beautiful pots that I will place these in, and then cover with mulch that will cover the pot it comes in.I got this for outside on the side of the front door, but when I saw how nice this when I opened it, I thought that I might want to keep it in the foyer to enjoy seeing it even more! When I purchase the second one for the other side of the front door, I just might purchase a third for inside our home!This is a great size, well-proportioned, good weight, great quality and value, functions well and easy to rearrange if you like, and you don’t have to worry about maintaining it!
