This is better quality than another I bought and included the tool to put it together.When it says 18 inches, that is the entire thing. My pic is almost 16 inches and it barely fit. So, don’t think it means it will hold pics to 18 inches.

This is a nice easel, but the stem is not straight. I am still using it by turning it slightly so the slant does not show. For the price it should be perfectly straight.
The 2 pieces that hold the frame could be a bit wider.
Nice stable stand. Easy to use. Creates nice height for displaying a picture on the table behind my sofa.
