Great for Smaller Spaces

This 18 pack of hanging lavender sachets are just right for numerous areas that you may want to deodorize or scent up. The hangers are made of a heavier type coated paper and hang easily due to the depth and shape of the hooks. You can remove the paper hooks if desired.The sachets are just big enough to provide a luscious scent without overpowering you. Of course that would be a personal preference. If you prefer a hugely bold scent then these smaller sized sachets may not provide the more pungent aroma that you may seek. These are a bit more subtle but quite adequate. They work well, especially for drawers, smaller closets and more confined spots. They won’t scent a large room.I did place one in the bathroom and it does seem to help. We do get delicate wafts of lavender. I also placed one in a smaller sized closet. The closet smelled fresher but didn’t scent up or overpower the hanging clothes.

Lavender sachets

I ordered these lavender sachets to use around the house and my car. I have other sprays and wax melts to freshen the house, but I like these because they are natural and don’t contain irritating chemicals. Some members of my family get headaches from chemical scents, so this works well for them.The box contains 18 sachets; they each have a sturdy cardboard hanger on them to hang from a closet rod or rearview mirror. I don’t like them from the rearview mirror though; they block my view of the road, so I stash them elsewhere in my car.I really love the natural lavender scent, but these are more effective in small spaces than large. They really freshen up a small drawer or closet, but have difficulty in a large car. I do find that it helps to shake the sachet a little bit; it re-releases the oils and scent.For $10 at time of review, these are a good value and a great option for keeping small parts of the house fresh. They won’t have the same effect as a spray or candle, but are subtle and natural.

Strong at first

These sachets come individually sealed, so you won't lose any scent while they're in storage. They're easy to hang with the attached paper hangers, which are part of the label. They're small, so they could also just as easily slide into the back of a drawer, too. You get 18 in a box, so you can put them in various places at once, or replenish when the scent wears out. And the price is decent. The scent is a bit overpowering at first, and then within a few weeks it fades away to barely noticeable. To me, though, it just reminds me too much of the detergent aisle in the supermarket which is not a smell I want to bring home.
