Great Clock
Large enough to see from far away. So glad it has the rotating colors so you don't have to decide on 1 color. Would be great for people with poor vision.
Husband loves the huge numbers and brightness. Didn’t hang on wall. Standing on high table.
Looks nice, just wish it was battery operated. I'm not a fan of long AC cords hanging down the wall, so it will be sitting on a desk.
This is exactly what I needed. I tend to get side tracked easily, falling into deep rabbit holes and spiraling endlessly on DIY knowledge that I usually don't need. For example, some of my recent starting searches that have at least 3 hours of related searches after include, "12v water pump for yl69 hygrometer and Arduino", and "automated rc boat course with return home function for feeding fish pond". I don't own any plants. Nor do I have a fish pond. I've never owned any fish, in fact I don't even eat fish. It's a problem.I am counting on this wall clock to help me out. I'm apparently oblivious to the clock in the corner of my PC screen and tend to ignore my phone when I'm deep diving into whatever has peaked my interest at the moment. I've noticed though, when I'm mulling over my latest findings or considering the next step to take on my virtual quest, I have a habit of leaning back and doing a slow rotation—a quarter of a turn each way, swinging slowly back and forth like a pendulum. So I've placed this clock on my left hand side and where I usually reach the crest and stare at a backlit poster of Wonder Woman before sweeping back the other direction... now I'll also see this big, vibrant clock reminding me how many hours I've been at this and that I'm probably late for something.Honestly I'm really liking this. It's large but not obnoxiously so. It provides the date, day of the week and temp as well. Once you turn it on for the first time and finish the initial setup, it has a small battery reserve to keep track of your settings and keep the time even if you need to unplug it. (Note: that reserve is just for memory, the display will not function without being plugged in.) You can choose between 12 and 24 hour display, auto DST if that's applicable where you live and lighting options. The time display is not RGB and stays a nice, muted white. There are several options for RGB lighting on the other info, a few solids and then a few modes, of which the only one I really cared for was the slow, color-shift option. There is also an LED light on the bottom that casts a warm light (probably 2700K-ish) and have six brightness settings. There are two alarms as well.Overall, out of the box, it's great! It's simple to mount, has an extra long power cord and I'd definitely consider it worth the money. 5/5. Thing's I'd change about it? These are both aesthetic choices and don't affect my rating of it, but one thing I'll be doing is adding some extra diffusion to the down lighting. Because of its proximity to the wall, if you mount the clock above eye level, you can clearly make out the individual LEDs in the strip. You could soften that with some cheap frosted film, or what I plan to do is 3D print a diffuser since there is room to add one. The other change I'd like to see would be some more control over the RGB. At some point down the road I may look into replacing the existing RGB and downlighting with some addressable units, so I can sync it with the rest of the ARGB lighting in the room. Be right back, going to research that...
This clock has earned the nickname "The One Clock Wonder" in our home. Because the time digits are so large and crisp, I was able to hang it in my dining room and read it perfectly from both the living room and the formal dining room. The RGB display is a fantastic touch, as it creates a clear visual distinction between the main time and the secondary data (date, day, and indoor temperature). The bottom light is segmented rather than a solid, continuous strip, which may not appeal to those wanting a smoother glow.Smart Features & FunctionalitySet It and Forget It: I was thrilled to find out it automatically resets for Daylight Savings Time. It’s a premium feature that saves you from having to climb a ladder twice a year.Auto-Dimming: The light sensor adjusts the brightness based on the room's ambient light—never blinding at night, yet vibrant during the day.The Remote: Including a remote is a huge plus. It allows you to toggle settings and colors without having to take the clock off the wall.All-in-One Data: Having the temperature, date, and day of the week all in one place makes this more of a "home command center" than just a clock.Value for MoneyWhile there are plenty of cheap digital clocks available, this one is absolutely worth the price. Between the automatic DST adjustment, the multi-room visibility, and the included remote, you are getting a much higher level of quality and convenience than the budget alternatives. It feels like a piece of functional tech rather than just a basic timepiece.ConsiderationsOne thing to keep in mind is that this is corded power only. You will need a nearby outlet, and because it hangs on the wall, you will have a visible wire. While this allows the RGB lights to stay bright, it’s something to plan for if you prefer a perfectly "clean" wall look.If you have a large open-concept space and want a clock that does it all, this is a fantastic investment. Despite the cord and the segmented light style, the sheer amount of information and the high-end features make this a 5-star addition to our home.
I really like this large digital wall clock. It is truly plug and play. I plugged it in, followed the simple instructions, and had it set up in just a few minutes. The buttons and remote control make everything easy to adjust, including the alarms, brightness, and light scenes. Even if you are not very tech-savvy, setting it up is simple. The 16.5-inch display is big and very clear. I can read the time from across the room without any trouble. The anti-glare screen helps a lot, especially during the day when sunlight hits the wall. At night, the adjustable brightness is great because you can dim it so it is not too bright while sleeping. One of the nicest features is the RGB lighting with different scene modes. It adds a modern and stylish look to the room without feeling overwhelming. The temperature display is also a nice bonus.Overall, this clock is both beautiful and practical. It looks great on the wall, is easy to use, and has helpful features like dual alarms and auto DST. I’m very happy with it.
