Very Nice Frames!

I don't usually spend the time to write reviews, but these frames came yesterday and I opened them this morning and they are BEAUTIFUL. They took the time to package them well (glass facing on inside, plastic reinforcements on corners, and foam padding around the outside, and shrink wrapped to help prevent breakage) which made them arrive in pristine condition. The quality is top notch - the backing isn't cheap cardboard and the fasteners work really well. I love also that they put hangers built into the back. Just really impressed! Great quality for the price!

For the price, these frames are honestly impressive. You get a set of two, and they are made with real wood and real glass...which is pretty much impossible to find without spending a lot more. The wood has a beautiful textured finish (not that overly smooth, fake-feeling surface you see on cheaper frames), so it has a rustic, natural look that feels genuinely high quality.I also love the hardware on the back. Instead of those flimsy little bendable metal tabs (the ones that eventually snap off), this frame uses sturdy swivel latches to secure the backing. It makes swapping photos so much easier and feels way more durable.

Great value!

These are great! I am an photography hobbyist. I once had an online photo gallery back years ago when the economy was worse even than now. Anyway, when in our small town they have a fundraising auction for people in need I print up a few of my photos and frame them to donate to the benefit. My approx $20 value will bring what it does. I buy really heavy but nice frames from garage sales for a couple $ each and just print pics to fit them. BUT..I was out of frames and ordered these. Sturdy. Well made, glass not plexi, wood backing and metal spring like clips to hold the back on, not cardboard stuff like Walmart. Just removed the matt. Can't beat the price and black matches everyone at the auctions wall color at home. Win Win

Fantastic Photo Frames

Ordered this 2 pack frame to hang up a couple of vacation panoramas for a Christmas gift. Due to the heavy holiday demand, the glass on both frames were crushed to smithereens (I could hear the glass jingling on the Ring cam, so was fortunate to open in a safe area.) The distressed wood frames themselves were fabulous and I was going to keep them and just order a plexiglass replacement from somewhere else. But…as I was cleaning up the glass, the warranty card inside the box invited me to contact the seller with any issues. I did so by email and within a couple of hours on the day after Christmas, Hongkee had already responded and were prepping a new package to send to me or they were willing to send an immediate refund. I chose the former and the next shipment arrived a couple of days later and they were in tip-top shape - thanks FedEx. Hung them easily with 3M Claws. Great customer service from Hongkee. BTW - they did not require a return of the shattered glass products. My photos are wrinkled in the photos, due to another printing company rolling them for delivery. The glass is picture perfect on the actual product.

Actual glass!

This is indeed, actual glass! It was such a pain to try to find a picture frame this size with actual glass (not the various names all the random sellers use for plexiglass to trick you). The frame itself is average quality, not luxury by any means but it looks better than something from a discount box store.The art looks really nice in it, the frame is subtle enough to let the art really shine.Was packed well and shipped sturdy, arrived intact and with lots of protection.
