Well, kids, there's a product for that, and it's candle drip protectors!I did notice that wax could slip between the protector and the candle, so I would suggest putting the candle in a candlestick holder like the one pictured that I got at The Dollar Tree (they're at second-hand stores all the time too). Melt a little wax and drip it into the basin and then push the candle in snug. As it cools, it will "glue" the candle into place so it doesn't fall out of the holder. Then put one of these protectors over the candle, and you should be golden for your holiday processions.I'm really excited to use these this year during the holiday season! They're beautiful.
These are more sturdy than the glass version, and easier to clean.
I ordered the white ones and there were chips in the paint on pretty much all of them.
These are just what I needed to keep the run-over from my taper candles from getting all over the table. They are sturdy white metal, don’t detract from the look of the candle and candle holders, but they catch the dripping wax. Great solution.
Have you ever had a candle drip all over your table or table runner and it makes a mess and it’s a headache to get off. No more stress, this is what you need. It catches the drips and they freeze before they have a chance to drip on the table. I should have gotten these sooner. They fit great, look beautiful, and are very functional.
These are well made and keep the wax from dripping like they should.
