Very nice and sturdy bowl that doesn't really look like concrete

This bowl has a very nice modern shape. I didn’t realize how big and heavy it is until it arrived, almost too big for my taste. We have considered using it outside for flowers, but we can’t quite tell if the concrete is sealed or if we need to do that before leaving it out in the elements. Is it good value for the money? At $60 I think it is a bit pricey and suspect that the cost of shipping these heavy things around the world has something to do with it. That said it is nicely made and pleasing to look at and that does increase the perceived value.

Beautiful addition to the kitchen counter

This is a beautiful serving piece. It is heavy with a smooth concrete finish and the black is more like a satin black. The finish is not shiny. Also the bowl is wide so the fruit is not laying on top of each other. This is expensive for a fruit bowl but I think it will last a lifetime if it doesn't get dropped.
