Beautiful and great service

I was so excited to receive this picture frame. When I opened it I was little upset because it was broken. I'm not sure if it got broken while it was getting packaged or delivered but nonetheless it was broken. I reached out and it was immediately replaced. When the second one came in it looked identical except for it was not broken. The actual frame is fairly sturdy, and is good quality. It's not a top of the line picture frame that you would spend a lot of money for, but it looks like it could be, so it's definitely a fantastic value.. The detailing on the frame is so beautiful. Wood grain is painted black with golden accents. You would never know it wasn't expensive.The glass is nice and thick, doesn't seem like it would damage easily or break when changing out photos. It definitely holds up. It's not flimsy either. The matting is nice as well and you can choose to use it or not depending on the size of your photo or art work.

Timeless gold frame that looks high-end

I ordered the gold 11x14 and it is truly such a perfect frame.First off — this is not cheap quality. It’s heavy, solid, and feels extremely well made. The gold is very true to the listing photos — bright and vibrant without looking brassy. The finish looks more like high-end metal rather than painted wood, which instantly elevates it.The rope edging detail is beautifully defined and adds such a classy touch. The glass is real and thick (not flimsy or plexiglass), and mine arrived with zero imperfections. It was packaged well and ready to use straight out of the box.I used it as a full 11x14 (no mat), and my photo fit perfectly inside. I hung it on the wall using a screw and drywall anchor since I wasn’t going into a stud, and it sits completely flush against the wall.Style-wise, this frame honestly works with everything — modern, vintage, traditional — it just feels timeless. It’s definitely an eye-catching statement piece and elevates whatever you put inside it.For the price, it’s absolutely worth it. I actually like it better than frames I’ve purchased at Hobby Lobby. I consider it a special frame meant for a special picture.

I really like the look of this Wontree picture frame. It has different layers to the front style, making it look cottage cozy. The whole frame is 15X12 inches in size. The size picture you can put in it is a 8X10 inch. The listing says you can display a 11X14 inch photo, and technically you can, but you would need to take out the mat in order to do that. And the pretty fabric matte is half the charm. It is half the reason why this picture frame looks so pretty.I got the frame with the gold-toned edging. It's pretty. You can tell, though, that the gold has been painted on with a bit too much on only one upper corner, but not the other three. Most of the frame is lightly coated, which is how I like it. I am not really into gold sparkly frames. But this one has just a little. The color of the actual frame is kind of hard to tell. A soft vanilla with a tad bit of rose gold. The inner part is just the color of light pine wood. The gold rope edging that I have been referring to is on a layer of what could perhaps be thick plastic, but I'm not sure. The material is slightly lighter in color than the back and what is directly behind it, and looks to have a different, smoother texture. It lies on top of the pine wood frame.The backing is made with MDF, which is like a hard cardboard piece. It has a kickstand if you want to sit on a dresser, as well as horizontal and vertical sawtooth hooks on the back so you can hang it on the wall whichever way you want. The picture and the back are held in with swivel tabs. They are on there pretty good too, unlike a lot of frames these days that have loose ones you can't tighten. I would rather have them tight than loose.It is a nice-looking frame, sturdy and well-made. It is also a decent-sized frame. It is definitely worthy to hang in my bedroom, where I have all of my favorite, more expensive, elegant frames located. It is just what the listing says it is. Quite charming. I consider it a special frame meant for a special picture. Until I make up my mind what picture I want in it the lovely bird looks good for now.

Simple and elegant, not heavy duty; no self support just hanging hardware.

A very large frame, useful to set off our 8x10s with a nice white mat. It has the standard hardware on the back for hanging, but has no support panel for resting on an end table. The thin backing makes command strips applicable but the hook and loop strips will offset it a touch from the wall—might consider a nail if you want a flush look. The gold edge effect gives a very simple frame a little class. It will look good in a collage of frames, as it is rather thin and sort of cheap looking from the side. This will look better if it surrounded by similarly colored frames of varying thicknesses—not sure I would use it alone on a wall unless in a very tight space not typically visible from the sides. The construction is rudimentary and it is not a heavy duty or durable frame, but serves it function and helps to get our 8x10s displayed. The panel is glass so it doesn't have the haze of plastic. I'm also not sure I'd buy it again at this price point; it's a little too much for this quality. Overall, a 4 for us.
