This ginger jar is absolutely gorgeous. The quality is outstanding, something you would think costs a lot more than what you pay here, so it's a great value for your money. Really nice jar/vase

This jar was much heavier than I expected, but that's good for me. I was thinking it was going to be super thin and fragile. The lid fits solidly on top and doesn't shift around.The green color is very nice, it's a little darker than the product photos appeared, but it matches our decor better that way. The print doesn't match up exactly, but I can't tell if it's a mistake or a design choice to make it look more handmade.It looks good as a decorative piece on its own, but we also plan on using it as a large vase without the lid if we need it. Overall, it's a solid value, both as decor and as a functional piece.

Very well made, not flimsy at all

Larger and more solid and substantial than I expected. I had the idea that this jar would probably be flimsy like a lot of similar jars at souvenir shops. Instead, it is a serious jar - about 6 inches in diameter at its widest point and almost 12 inches high as opposed to 11 in the description - and substantial in weight and solidity. The white color is not a white white but more like a muted cream color (mine was not grayish as described in another review). Very nicely made. No nicks, scratches, visible flaws, or uneven seams - in fact, there are no seams at all. This is definitely a quality item.
