Darkening a room w/o emptying pockets for anything besides great quality?? Amazon has the stuff!!!

...have been barraged heavily on social media, with regards to blackening/darkening windows. Most of the manufacturers' seem to be going the way of tiny motor automation, in order to retract/extend the shading. But considering that the room I want to darken, doesn't need that condition except for once a week or so...didn't consider the full nine, and thought more of the window-sized pitch dark sheets, with accompanying Velcro attachments/decals. Although I haven't had a movie night in a while...well, with two of the dark sheet experimentally installed, the room is definitely thrust in darkness, and the TV screen is fettered in much fewer annoying backlights & reflections. The quality of the sheets for the overall cost, seems satisfactory, and I figure that if I re-fold them up & store them carefully, for days when I need light in the room, that they should stay the duration. I still have a couple more windows to shade...I'll be back, most assuredly...

Darken window cover

I was a little skeptical about the material. I was shocked to see how dark the room looked like. It’s pitch dark.! One thing I did learn about putting this up, is put the tabs o. First make it easier if you’re doing it alone. It’s a little tuff to put up.

These 100% Blackout Window Covers definitely look and feel like cheap plastic, but to be fair—they do exactly what they’re supposed to do.
