Works Fantastic - Not Much Of A Thermal Barrier Though

Disclaimer I received this product for free via Amazon's Vine Program.I was unfortunate enough to work night shifts for awhile and needed to swap out my window blackout curtains with something nicer that fully blocked out light versus just darkening the room. Figured I'd pick these up for review.First off, the privacy and light blocking abilities are fantastic, definitely 100% light blockage and I don't see anyone complaining about that. Installation is very easy with pre-included adhesive velcro tapes.The quality of the panels is nice and very lightweight, I'd say the closest thing material wise would be a mylar blanket (although these are much thicker)You also get a very large amount of coverage for the price, which makes these an excellent value.Would recommend!

Dorm room approved

Works GREAT, i got these for my dorm room and they litterly transform the room. We have these useless blinds and an annoying street lamp right out side our window. I just measured the window and cut it to size, threw it up and WOW they actually made it pitch black. (Which was a double edged sword bc then in the morning it made you never want to get up lol)It lost a star because while the glue dots are great and still going strong by the end of the semester, the velcro gave out awhile ago. The sticky part that keeps it on the window like... melted? I guess the sun heats the window but like... shouldnt it be able to withstand that if its supposed to be on the window? Honestly i dont mind that much, for a little while we just kept pressing them back on at night and it would hold for a bit then fall off at some point during the night. Now theyve lost all stickyness *shrug* just use the glue dots, they work great and the blackout effect is fantastic.
